Built From Experience.
Driven By Purpose.
The story behind Lockett In — and why it was built the way it was.

Nathaniel "Coach Nate" Rozzelle
Coach Nate's path runs through the Marine Corps, coaching, and years spent inside youth, high school, college, recruiting, and sports-business environments. That range gave him a rare vantage point: he has seen the athlete journey from the sideline, the film room, the recruiting conversation, and the family kitchen table.
Lockett In was built from that experience — not as a pitch, but as the resource he wished more families had access to. [ Additional verified biographical detail to be added. ]
A gap worth closing
Too many athletes and families are left to figure out recruiting, branding, and NIL on their own — or to rely on voices that don't have their long-term interest in mind. Lockett In exists to close that gap with structure, honesty, and relationships built to last past the next season.
Four principles. One standard.
The right relationships create access, trust, information, and long-term opportunity.
A plan only matters when it is carried out consistently, professionally, and with intention.
The strongest athlete brands are built around who the athlete truly is — not a manufactured image.
The goal is bigger than the next offer, season, contract, or post. We help athletes build something that lasts.
To develop, position, and support athletes through relationships, intentional execution, authentic storytelling, and long-term legacy building.
To create an athlete-development ecosystem where athletes and families have the knowledge, relationships, and support to make informed decisions and build opportunities that extend beyond sports.
Relationships First
Access and trust are earned before they're leveraged.
Honest Assessment
Families deserve the truth about fit, timing, and readiness.
Protective by Default
Every recommendation is made with the athlete's long-term interest first.
